Situated only 40 minutes from Glasgow International Airport and under an hour by car to the City of Glasgow. If travelling from Ayr via rail, then only one change at Kilwinning is required to get a direct train to Largs. It is ideal for exploring the west coast islands with a regular ferry service departing every 30 minutes from Largs to Cumbrae in the summer months.
